Private messaging interface

Private messaging creates encrypted, ephemeral rooms for a defined collaboration window. Rooms can be closed and destroyed when the exchange is complete.

Main flow

  1. Create room
  2. Invite participants
  3. Exchange minimum
  4. Record findings
  5. Destroy room
  1. Create a room for a specific purpose.
  2. Share access only with intended participants through an appropriate channel.
  3. Exchange the minimum necessary information.
  4. Confirm that required findings have been recorded in the case.
  5. Destroy the room when the session ends.

Retention

Ephemeral messaging is not a substitute for the case record. Preserve decisions and evidence that must remain auditable before destroying a room, while avoiding unnecessary copies of sensitive chat.
