Private videocall interface

Private videocall provides a temporary encrypted meeting room and a single-use invitation for controlled collaboration.

Main flow

  1. Create call
  2. Send one-use invite
  3. Verify participants
  4. Conduct session
  5. Destroy room
  1. Create a call for a defined investigation purpose.
  2. Send the single-use invitation to the intended participant.
  3. Verify participants before discussing sensitive material.
  4. Conduct the session without exposing unnecessary case data.
  5. End and destroy the room when the call is complete.

Good practice

Use a separate channel to verify unexpected participants. Record outcomes in the case only when they are relevant and authorised; do not assume an ephemeral call removes legal or organisational duties.
